The Thistle Run 2009

At the end of May some of our team joined in the festivities at ‘The Thistle Run 2009’, an annual event held by The Mini Clan.

This year the MINI Clan were celebrating their 10th event and had a record turn out with over 200 minis attending in all shapes and forms.

Calderglen Country Park in East Kilbride was the starting point for this years run, taking in some of the best B Roads South Lanarkshire has to offer, sweeping down through the Galloway Forrest, and the destination was the seaside town of Girvan.

An enjoyable day was had by all. The sun even came out to help us along our way!

Hopefully we will be allowed to join in the fun again next year!!
