The staff are welcoming and friendly and did everything they could to make sure that we were entirely satisfied - which we were. The service drop and pickup times were arranged to suit us and the car was waiting for us when we came back to collect it

Turned up to pick the car up and it was very well presented with a big red bow. Not that this has anything to do with the car itself but felt like a special touch and shows attention and care for customers Both Emily and Mark were fantastic
