Nicole was fab, she kept me updated throughout and was very down to earth. Refreshing to see a sales person who isn't desperate to force you into a sale or make choices for you. Nicole was very professional and informed.

Yvonne was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and available during the weeks I came into equire about a new mini and ordering. Again She always followed up with email/ calls about the status. On collection day, she took time to run through the car.

Staff are lovely and the showroom is a great place to work if you don't live locally. Unfortunately issue reoccurred thus not 5 stars as need to take car back.

Stripes are on bonnet but preference was that they were removed. Not sure if the company brought in had the time to fully clean and polish bonnet. Stripes are on but it's the 2nd car where racing stripes have been damaged.
