I really didn't have the best experience when buying my Mini. I is a bucket list purchase for me, and from begining to end there were issues. E.g the car had to be ordered three separate times as there was an issue with the order.

As a driving instructor, any issues I have with my car costs me income. Mini Hamilton have always fitted me in at the earliest moment (on many occasions, the next day) and I feel that is a very understanding approach to my specific needs

Mini Hamilton fell short of my expectations on so many counts. I wanted to be able to rave about it but I can't. Andy and Harry are lovely but the experience of buying a Mini was fraught with problems.

My new car was bought on the 27th April , I've been back to mini 3 times already and again tomorrow for faults on it . Want told about 5 day drive away insurance so paid £50 for it myself elsewhere .

MOT was completed and brake fluid was changed - there was a problem with my rev counter that couldn't be fixed that day but I've managed to re- book in with the garage.
