Not happy. Service record on car was not initially updated and I had to return which took me an additional hour and a half. I've since discovered it still isn't correct. All the dealer has suggested is I go back again.

Although my car only had less than 4,500 miles on the clock, I was happy with the Service provided. The only blip was I had to put all the individual settings back. Not a problem. Just an inconvenience.

Mini Hamilton fell short of my expectations on so many counts. I wanted to be able to rave about it but I can't. Andy and Harry are lovely but the experience of buying a Mini was fraught with problems.

Service carried out but after the wheels were aligned and new tyres fitted, the garage did not put back my locking wheel nut and left my boot in a bit of a mess. Also the tyre pressures were all over the place.

A lack of communication caused difficulties but the mechanic sent me an excellent run down of the unusual repairs needed on my Mini. I could not have booked a courtesy car as I didn't know this was going to happen to my just over 1 year old Mini.

you had new system being installed only half the work was carried out. ie paid for three tires only two fitted and window spray only front done but not back ones. I did speak to the manager and was given explanation and took money off

Nice added touch to have my car washed and hoovered. I did ask them to have a look at an intermittent fault with the indicator and they said they couldn't find anything - the fault appeared again as I was leaving the mini garage!

Charged £150 diagnosis fee for a fault with est of @£130 part & labour to rectify, basically feel fleeced-in addition over all the years been a customer never had to pay for a courtesy car but charged this time.

Pick up & drop off used successfully, although the platinum service card given when vehicle purchased had to be reminded to billing personnel twice to get the advertised 10% discount on servicing promised.
