Stripes are on bonnet but preference was that they were removed. Not sure if the company brought in had the time to fully clean and polish bonnet. Stripes are on but it's the 2nd car where racing stripes have been damaged.

The job was replacement of a loose cover on the driver's seat after only 16000 miles. After a week the replacement cover was considerably worse than the original. However the service receptionist was efficient and kept me inforned of progress.

The faulty part was replaced on my car under warranty. My car was given a health check, cleaned inside and out and fully charged in just over an hour. I was kept up to date throughout. Staff were friendly and extremely attentive and helpful.

The service team found the problem with my car, repaired it and tested it before returning it. They carried out a health check and found a broken spring which I didn't know about so that was repaired also. These health checks are really beneficial.
