This is my 4th mini all purchased from the same dealership and normally the same person. The team at parks of Hamilton are fantastic, from picking my car to the delivery it was seamless with most of it done now online and by email.

I had an extended warranty from my supplying mini dealer in Warrington, the Douglas park staff took care of the issue with the car I had prior to mot, and it all went flawlessly

The video showed my front discs were in good condition and above minimum thickness as were the brake pads. However, I was asked to replace them because the break discs were below minimum thickness at a cost of £410.98. This was for unnecessary work.

Staff are so helpful. Andrew motability sales was an absolute pleasure he constantly kept us updated on our mini order. When we went to collect our car he made it so lovely spent lots of time explaining controls etc. definitely gold standard service.

The two individuals i dealt with were exceptional professional and friendly. However, I was recommended to replace 4 tyres with all 4 within the legal limits. The two rear were 4.8 mm and i was only told this when I questioned the recommendation. ??
